1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Solo CRM (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Solo CRM is a customer relationship management platform designed for solo entrepreneurs and small teams. The Service includes:

- Calendar and scheduling functionality
- Revenue tracking and reporting
- Task and follow-up management
- Data export and import capabilities
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to users when possible.
3. User Accounts & Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

Fair Use Policy
While we don't impose strict usage limits, we expect reasonable use of the Service. Excessive usage that impacts service performance for other users may result in account limitations or suspension.
5. Data & Content Ownership
Your Data Belongs to You
You retain ownership of all customer data, contacts, and content you store in Solo CRM. We act as a processor of your data and never claim ownership of your business information.
By using the Service, you grant Solo CRM a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal data you upload to the Service, including compliance with applicable privacy laws.
You can export your data at any time through the Service's export functionality. Upon account termination, we will delete your data according to our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment Terms & Billing

Pro - £5/month
Unlimited contacts, advanced features, priority support
Billing and Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- No refunds for partial months, but you retain access until the end of your billing period
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods.
7. Service Availability & Support
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

8. Intellectual Property
Solo CRM and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Solo CRM. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by Solo CRM without obligation or compensation to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solo CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any third-party integrations, services, or content accessed through the Service. You use such third-party services at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold Solo CRM harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.
Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- We reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect our users or service
- Required by law or legal process
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination, except where retention is required by law.
Provisions regarding data ownership, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
